As a janitor, my job is to scrub the world's mess
Scour the war-torn Middle East, where nations clash and lives bleed,
Lather America with unity, bridging divides and healing societal greed
Sweep up Africa’s troubles, restore its wildlife and its harmony seed.
Cleanse Amazon’s pollution, free waters from oil’s vile reign.
Post ‘Do Not Enter’ signs at the poles,
let nature’s realm regain.
Disinfect Alaska's pipelines, undo the wreckage, shatter destruction's chain.
Expel the smog choking Asia, sing 'Rub a dub dub' in the air,
Snatch a bottle of bleach, let clouds emerge white as snow,
Silicon Valley's excess, shadows of avarice
and despair,
Scrub away greed's residue, progress and success will grow.
Mop up America’s nuclear mistakes, discard those bombs
My job is far from done,
there's more to amend,
Place the planet in a transformative dryer, where change becomes calm,
Not clockin out until the mess is cleansed,
until wounds truly mend,
The world's redemption will sing a harmonious psalm.
